Smoking Policy
We are not a non-smoking property, but our motel rooms are all non-smoking rooms. THIS INCLUDES MARIJUANA. Even though you may be a medical marijuana card holder, smoking is still not permitted in the room. There is a $300 charge for smoking in a non-smoking room. We ask that all of our guest dispose of their butts properly in the ashtrays outside of the rooms.

Visitor Policy
The Registrant is responsible for all registered guests to a room. Room occupancy is limited to registered guests only.  Our visitor policy is designed to provide a safe and quiet atmosphere for all of our guests. Please advise the front desk if you are expecting a visitor. 

Noise Ordinance
We request you be courteous and keep the noise down after 9:00 PM.  Any noise complaints received,  we will ask to leave without a refund.

Extra Person Fee
All room rates are based on double occupancy. Should a guest book a room for 2 people and arrive at the hotel with an extra person(s), an additional $5.00 plus tax will be added to the daily room rate for each extra person that will be occupying the room.

Pets
We welcome well-behaved and housebroken dogs. We do not accept cats or any other animals. The daily pet rate is an extra $10.00 + tax per day. There is a $35.00 refundable deposit requested at the time of check in. Please keep your dog on a leash and not running loose on the property. We do request that you do not leave your dog alone in the room. If you must leave them alone, we require that the dog be left in a traveling crate. You must be able to control your dog's barking as to not disturb the guests around you.  Please declare your pets upon check-in.  If pets are not declared, motel management reserves the right to charge your card accordingly. 

Check-In/Check-out
Check in time is 2:00 pm, but you may check in earlier if the room is ready. Check out time is by 11:00 am. Guests must be at least 18 years old with a valid state issued ID in order to check-in.

Late arrivals
Our office closes at 10 pm nightly.  Please contact the front desk to discuss late arrival instructions.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your room reservations, you may do so free of charge until 10 pm the night before your scheduled arrival date.  If you cancel your room after the allotted time frame, you will be charged the first night's rent. 

Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping service will be provided once a day between 8 A.M. and 3 P.M. If a guest leaves a “Do Not Disturb” sign on their door the Housekeeping Department will skip the daily service.

Parking
Parking is limited so please contact the motel if we need to help accommodate a trailer or a large truck.
